BCD Travel is changing the landscape of corporate travel with traveler-centric products and services that optimize the trip experience and result in cost savings for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing TripSource team.

TripSourceĀ® is a robust travel app exclusively designed to give BCD Travel clients and their travelers greater control over the travel experience.

The right persona thrives on driving results with impeccable precision and excellence to ensure expectations and deliverables are understood and consistently met. Working in a dynamic, fast paced environment you'll be responsible for understanding the evolving business travel market, traveler behavior and client needs. Using this knowledge to develop communications for client focused campaigns and documentation to support our internal teams. This candidate is someone analytical and creative, deeply caring about the TripSource product and clients. Responsibilities include market validation; competitive research, key messaging development, collateral, sales training, client presentations and more. This role demands thought leadership, self-accountability, results driven approach and the ability to communicate at multiple levels.

Essential Duties:

Managing communications *Manage TripSource communication strategy for our client audience (B2B) *Understands the mobile traveler experience (from booking to return) and how it effects our client's travel program *Work closely with TripSource team and product stakeholders in articulating TripSource value proposition to clients *Understands TripSource branding, tone of voice, positioning and necessary call to actions *Ability to convey ideas, strategies, decisions, visions and plans to others within and across teams *Develop internal communications to ensure teams are aligned on product support material, product plans and campaign efforts *Leads communication efforts by developing and managing content material used to demonstrate TripSource's value and implement through relevant communication channels *Liaise and work with internal teams and vendors to communicate TripSource messaging and visual narratives that effectively communicate value *Work with and across various teams (global marketing, local marketing, Advito) to ensure brand, message and initiative are aligned with their campaigns and company goals *Consult and combine feedback from product and senior stakeholders to understand and assess their needs and arrive at effective solutions; balances stakeholder's goals and limitations with creative ideas and opportunities *Works with internal teams to support the technical process around direct-to-traveler communications *Plan the communications strategy around new features releases

Sales Enablement *Manage the B2B marketing programs that drive demand for TripSource *Develop and maintain supporting marketing collateral on global level *Effectively communicate new TripSource enhancements and sales positioning to commercial and global marketing teams *Develop ideas and approaches for various communication channels (collateral, presentations, videos, e-newsletters, 1:1 email templates, trade shows, events, etc.) which support our TripSource messaging goals *Manages digital library of TripSource assets, ensuring everything is available in supported languages and available to supporting teams *Keep a pulse on the commercial teams' needs and develop the collateral that will be most effective in client conversations *Develops and manages strategies for addressing client opt-out needs; work with internal teams on creative approaches to drive adoption and increase awareness -- report on successes and identified opportunities *Serve as the commercial teams' point of contact on behalf of TripSource as needed

Marketing Intelligence *Gather, analyze and distribute intelligence *Conduct analysis for sales and product planners on competitors, market conditions, best in class solutions, and customer needs/feedback

Qualifications: *Experience in product marketing with a B2B focus, preferably in mobile and/or technology *Corporate travel industry experience preferred *Strong writing, editing proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including the ability to present concepts verbally -- preferably in mobile and cross platform environment *Confident communicator and presenter *Experience presenting to large clients *Track record in producing effective marketing campaigns *Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and decision-making judgement *Superior project management and time management skills *A track record for successfully managing and influencing cross-functional teams *Thrives in and enjoys a highly collaborative, fast-paced, ambiguous environment *Experience with global products and clients is a plus *An innovative mind-set ready to overcome obstacles and challenges
