The McKinsey Academy Professional Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for the full range of professional development activities to support our operations. This is done in collaboration with the leadership of McKinsey Academy. McKinsey Academy is designed for rising professionals and senior teams to develop the capabilities they need to help their organizations thrive.
