You will be part of the McKinsey's Risk function, whose mission is to enable McKinsey's client impact and innovation, while managing risks to our Firm, our clients, and our people. The function is a highly integrated global team, with backgrounds including communications, consulting, diplomacy, government, government affairs, law and learning. Within the function, a small group of colleagues is specifically focused on building awareness on risk, professional standards and values. You will work closely with client-serving Partners and teams across the Firm, with the Firm's board and risk committees, and with other professionals including our Communications, Learning, and Legal teams. What You'll Do Your primary focus will be on our global efforts to build awareness on risk, professional standards and values - across learning (digital and firm learning programs), communications (digital, campaigns), and engagement (risk conversations among key groups across the firm). You will play a role across the four "pillars" of our risk model - awareness governance, advice, and assurance. Your impact will include evolving the mindsets and behaviors of all 27,000+ members of the firm and its 4,000+ external workers. You'll help shape the evolution of our strategy for awareness-raising, including where we target efforts by topic, target groups, and channels and how we innovate our approach, informed by a risk- and data-based prioritization of efforts. You'll develop and assure quality and impact of learning deliverables and materials on professional standards and risk, working with subject-matter experts on specific risk issues, Learning and Design.
