Position Description Overview Through project/program management and analysis the individual, provides sales people with the resources they need to sell more effectively. The individual works on aligning BCs, technology, and analytics behind a common goal and improving sales productivity. Job Responsibilities Work with SMB Direct sales leadership to create and maintain a world-class Sales Culture, focused on delivering results by providing tools and reporting for the development of Business Consultants. Act as liaison with third-party companies and determine which applications and sales programs can maximize revenue. Increase sales agent productivity by implementing a boarding platform enhancements, pricing model, and general project management. Measure effectiveness through various KPIs (timeliness of activation, sales/month, financial margin, etc). This role will assist with the shift of business volumes across sales channels within SMB Direct (regional, inside sales and digital), and the analysis/plans to best manage the shift. This requires working with sales leadership, finance and other cross functional teams. Work with SMB Direct sales leadership to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Teams. Consistently ensure business is conducted with integrity at all time and that behavior aligns with First Data Values. Oversee daily progress of multiple projects and programs, including root cause analysis, team meetings, developing and monitoring control plans. Work on salesforce automation and productivity tools. Create business plans and business cases. Serve as a main point of contact for Sales Leadership to address general business issues. Work closely with SMB Direct Sales Leadership to drive strategy through discussions with Sales teams and advisory group. Participate in the selection and implementation/deployment of technologies to be used by the Business Consultants to increase efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing pilots and roll-out initiatives jointly with IT/PC LAN teams Work with numerous cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product. Develop merchant engagement programs that prompt feedback on how to improve products and services through voice of the customer.
