JOB ID - 188050 We are looking for an experienced hands-on Director of Customer and Messaging Cyber Security who can help define, build, and drive the Cox Communications Customer Cyber Security and Messaging Security functions. As the Director of this group, you will lead a multi-functional team responsible for customer security including operations, detection / response, controls enforcement and capabilities road mapping. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the strategy, feature implementation and operationalization for security features on the enterprise and customer messaging platforms. This includes driving technical solutions, processes, procedures, and relationships to ensure a positive and secure digital customer experience. This role will be a direct report to the Executive Director of Cyber Recovery Responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the following: Customer Safety and Abuse Operations team responsible for the enforcement of the Cox Communications acceptable use policy for residential and business customers. Customer security event detection and response Maturation of customer facing detective capabilities leveraging internal and industry intelligence solutions. Liaising with product teams (Residential and Cox Business) on product road maps for purposes of security integration planning, execution and consultation. Partner with internal technology teams on security solutions integration and operating models. Vendor management for strategic third-party labor engagements and technology platforms. Develops and executes on enterprise and customer facing messaging security roadmaps. Partners with messaging operations and security operations teams to operationalize security messaging features and capabilities. �Provides functional strategic leadership and execution of technology security solutions and support, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. �Identifies, proposes, and influences business solutions, negotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations.
